using aniline, h acid and cyanuric chloride as raw materials, first condensation of h acid and cyanuric chloride, then diazotization of aniline, coupling with the aforementioned condensation products, salting out, filtering and drying to obtain the finished product..
Add water, H acid and soda ash into the dissolving pot and stir to dissolve it. Add water and cyanuric chloride to the condensation pot, stir and add ice to cool down to 5 ℃, put the dissolved H acid solution from the dissolution pot, add ice and soda ash at the same time, maintain 0-5 ℃, weakly alkaline, Stir until the reaction is complete.
Add water and hydrochloric acid in the diazotization pot, add aniline under stirring, add ice to cool to 0 ℃, add sodium nitrite solution, stir to maintain this temperature to the end of the reaction.
Coupling: put the materials in the condensation pot into the coupling pot through a bag filter, stir at 0-2 ℃ to add aniline diazonium salt solution, and add soda ash solution at the same time to accelerate the coupling reaction, and the pH value is 6.8-7 when the reaction is complete.
Salting out: Add salt and urea to the coupling pot for salting out. After filtration, the filter cake is put into the kneader and mixed evenly with anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate and anhydrous dipotassium hydrogen phosphate. The mixture was vacuum dried at 85°C. After crushing, it is mixed with sodium sulfate into a finished product in a mixing machine.
